The hotel is good and very much worth the price. What stood out the most was the staff—super attentive and caring. My mom had a sprain during our stay, and they quickly provided a wheelchair, helped push her around, and even went the extra mile to help us find a massage service. Really appreciate the kind and proactive service, it made a big difference in our stay.

Nice recreation hotel at the top of mountain, with 180° panoramic of Guci Highland at the Gunung Slamet area. The hotel was newly build, but it needs to be well maintained, so it keep shining and clean. At the first day the pool was a little dirty, at at the night they was doing maintenance so at the morning the pool was bright and crystal clear again. The water was not too hot, suitable for kids. But for elder people it was need to more hot temperature. The breakfast was large range of menu and traditional ones, so tasty.

I love the vibes, the food, the staff, the services. I come here when Jakarta chaos on Aug 30th, the check in should be place at 2.30pm, but gladly the receptionist allow me for early check in at 12.30pm, very humble staff.

Breakfast was a highlight every dayplenty of choices and all very tasty. What stood out the most was the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail in every corner of the resort. It’s clear that the management takes pride in offering a high-quality experience for their guests. I highly recommend Gulala Azana Hotel & Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I will definitely return!

My husband and i stayed at one bedroom villa. The room was nice, the bed was so comfy, and we get to see the stunning view from our balcony. The food was great, and the infinity pool was the cherry on top. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in Guci Tegal. We had a great time. Highly recommended for honeymoon.
